An alum of the University of Southern California, he holds an LLM degree specializing in International Business and Economic Law, along with a Certificate in Business Law. He is a dedicated legal professional with a deep understanding in International Business Law and has worked extensively with businesses of all sizes—helping them navigate legal complexities with confidence. Whether it's structuring airtight contracts, guiding companies through corporate transactions, or mitigating legal risks, he takes a pragmatic and client-focused approach to the law.

Aashna is a seasoned legal and corporate compliance professional having more than 7 years of diverse experience with a strong foundation in handling corporate legal and secretarial matters. She's a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and holds a LLB degree along with B.Com (Hons) degree from the University of Delhi. Throughout her career, she has successfully advised businesses on corporate governance, secretarial compliances, private placements, due diligence, and company formation.
